President and Treasurer - Kelly Snavely, Capital One Corporation.

Kelly is a senior project leader and Agile Coach and has been a principal energy source for Capital One's strong embrasure of Agile and Lean practices since 2005. As Agile Richmond's president, Kelly has constantly pushed to make this a better and better organization, and has pushed hardest to make sure the organization reaches out to the larger Agile community.

Secretary - Lyssa Adkins, Cricketwing Consulting

Lyssa has been coaching and training other coaches since 2005. A highly experienced project leader and former manager of the PMO for a large Richmond based retailer, Lyssa really understand how Agile and Lean work in a real world project execution environment. Director of Communications - Roney Pate, Apex Systems

Roney has been committed to Agile since first learning about it in 2004, becoming a certified scrum master in 2005. After coaching and mentoring as a consultant to Capital One in 2005 and 2006, Roney joined Apex Systems Inc where he has continued to apply Scrum principals to the Business Intelligence and Front Office arenas.

Director of Events - Ray Gombos, Genworth Corporation

Ray is a senior project leader at Genworth Financial, and has played a key role helping that large organization leverage Agile. As Agile Richmond's Director of Events, Ray is constantly working to devise the best ways to effectively reach and serve our Agile Community.

General Board Member - Ryan Shriver, Dominion Digital

Ryan is a Managing Consultant with Dominion Digital www.dominiondigital.com, a regional process and technology consulting company that has firmly embraced Agile for client engagements. Starting with XP in 2000 and continuing with Scrum today, Ryan has become an agile thought leader regularly speaking at software conferences on topics including business value and agile engineering. General Board Member - Robin Dymond, Innovel LLC

Robin is a highly experienced consultant in the areas of Agile and Lean, and is a co-founder of Innovel LLC, (www.innovel.net) a consultancy specializing in training for and leading organizations down the Lean/Agile path. Robin is the board's international representative, working engagements in Belgium , Canada , Brazil , and Argentina among other places.
