Lyssa, as members of Agile Richmond know, has been a major energy source for building the Agile community in Richmond for some time. As a member of the board, Lyssa has been instrumental in helping Agile Richmond move from a somewhat stuttering group several years ago to the very active and vibrant organization it has become. In addition, Lyssa has become a force in the Agile community at large, traveling worldwide to assist organizations and teams of all kinds to become better, work faster, and achieve more through the power of Agile and the grace of the truly collaborative team.

Though a published author for some time, with this book Lyssa moves to yet another level as a shaper of Agile thought.
