Lean Transformation: Achieving Clarity of Purpose

ABSTRACT: 90% of Lean Transformations fail. This class is designed to walk you through how to understand the “type” of transformation you are leading or part of, and how to articulate and measure the outcomes you need to drive. This is a critical component that is missed by many, and can lead to frustrated leaders, transformation teams and organizations.

Wes RoyerBIO: Paige Tarchokov has led multiple Lean System Transformations for Fortune 100 companies, Manufacturers, and consulted numerous mid-large size corporations. She has been recognized as an Organizational Change, Agile & Lean Process Transformation leader. She has a diverse background from Call Center Operations Management, Marketing and IT Portfolio Management to running large scale Organizational Change Programs.

She creates profitable and orderly change by influencing people of all levels from executive leaders to middle management, and customer touch point agents. Paige believes that being maniacally focused on executive coaching, building visibility to problems in organizations, and building purposeful communication & change plans that the culture can be changed to deliver a best in class customer and shareholder experience.

Paige serves as an Instructor for VillaNova University for Lean, Green Belt & Black Belt courses, and leads the Lean Transformation Consulting Services for Curtis Process Consulting. She has studied Lean Management Systems through Toyota’s University of Kentucky Graduate Program, Agile Methodologies and implementation with the Agile Scrum Alliance, developed Lean Learning Strategies with the Murli Group, and graduated from Radford University with a degree in Art, and minors in Design and Sociology. Most recently she has completed the UVA Darden’ Executive Design Thinking Program.
