Scrum in the Real World
Event Details

Abstract: Scrum in the Real World.

Scrum is a great agile framework. Guess what?

Your customers (end users) don’t care about what framework, methodology, or process you use to deliver a product (or service).

With everything “agile” in your world, how often do you forget about the customer (end user) and what you actually need to #deliver.

In this working session, we will quickly review Scrum and build a Product Backlog of real world issues from the attendees.

As a group we will swarm around solutions and then share them with the entire group. You will leave with real world solutions that you can #deliver to your customers tomorrow.

Prerequisite Knowledge:
Basic knowledge of the Scrum framework. Working currently on a Scrum Team as a ScrumMaster, Product Owner, Development Team Member, or Stakeholder.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Learn from other practitioners.
  • Real world solutions to focus and #deliver
  • Tackle your real world problems that you can create solutions for your customers.
